Results of Continued Expansion

Regarding 2013 annual performance results for the Brokerage Business and Retail Division, new services were actively launched in addition to establishing twelve new offices. We focused attention on increasing business transactions. Also with regard to the Wholesale Division, we strengthened our capability to cater to the real estate investment market and efforts to improve services aimed at domestic and foreign investors, and as a result, the number of transactions and contract prices increased for both the Retail and Wholesale Divisions. We achieved record-high operating income and highest number of brokered transactions.
